Ravi Kaiut returns to teach Masterclasses and Intensive in St. Louis

Ravi Kaiut is a researcher, author, and educator whose life story is inseparable from the method he teaches and now helps lead.

At age four, Ravi was diagnosed with Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease, a childhood hip disorder causing femoral head degeneration. Through early and consistent practice of the Kaiut Method, developed by his father Francisco, Ravi avoided a life of disability with chronic pain and surgery.

Rather than defining himself by limitation, he moved toward challenge. The same hip that could have sidelined him became the laboratory for everything he now teaches.

Ravi’s work sits at the intersection of movement, neuroscience, and longevity. Through writing, teaching, and research, he seeks to reframe how people think about aging, pain, and physical health — arguing that much of what we experience as inevitable decline is often the gradual loss of joint mobility and the nervous system adaptations that follow.

His debut book, The Kaiut Yoga Method: Restore Joint Function, Reduce Chronic Pain, Move Better at Every Age, reached No. 1 New Release in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Chronic Pain on Amazon shortly after its launch.

Books will be available for purchase during Ravi’s visit to St. Louis.

2-Day and 5-Day Intensive

Most of what we call aging — the stiffness, the aches, the loss of mobility — isn’t inevitable. It’s the accumulated cost of how we live.

Over two or five immersive days with Ravi Kaiut, you’ll go deeper into the logics of the Kaiut Method: why joints are the entry point to nervous system health, how restricted movement creates pain, and how the body can reorganize itself when given the right conditions. Through guided practice, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your own body and practical tools to change its trajectory — at any age.
