FREE CLASSES FOR FRONTLINE HEALTHCARE WORKERS & FIRST RESPONDERS
Kaiut Yoga supports us in navigating and adapting to changing circumstances, helping us improve and maintain physical, psychological and emotional health and wellness. This is valuable for everyone, if not more so for those on the frontlines during this global pandemic.
Kaiut Yoga St. Louis wishes to support our community during this time. To show our gratitude and support for their courageous commitment we are offering free classes to those working on the frontlines:

- Nurses
- Firefighters
- Ambulance staff
- 911 Operators
- Hospital Staff (janitors, receptionists, etc) in COVID-19 settings.
