Kaiut Yoga is all about supporting you in your overall health and wellness and enjoyment of life. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get started. Below is the path to practice with Kaiut Yoga St. Louis.

Check out the information and content on this website. Support your practice journey by learning about the origins and practice foundations of the Kaiut Yoga Method. Contact us if you have any questions about whether Kaiut Yoga is right for you.

Select Your Class Pass

Try a Single Class or attend Unlimited Classes for a Month with our New Student Introductory Offer. A single class can produce results but it typically takes about three or four classes to get comfortable with the Method.

Sign Up
For Classes

Purchase and sign up for classes through MindBody Online. There you will see our live schedule. You can create an account and Sign Up and Sign In for class on MindBody. If you run into problems contact us for assistance.

Talk With
A Teacher

We want to know about you! If you haven’t already talked with us, we will contact you before your first class. We like to know all things injury, illness, and pain related and what you’re looking to gain from Kaiut Yoga. That information will help us deliver the results you want.

Prepare
for Class

Find us and join class. If you are taking online classes, details on accessing class, setting up your home practice space, and equipment ideas can be found on the Online Class page. Also check out our FAQs for further information.

Practice
Time!

The classroom opens 10-15 minutes before class. Take time to arrive and settle in so you can get the most out of your practice.
